Our Work Speaks for Itself

Real projects, real impact - from concept sketches to living, breathing sustainable spaces that folks actually love using

We've been lucky enough to work on some pretty cool projects over the years. Each one taught us something new about pushing the boundaries of sustainable design while keeping things practical and beautiful.

Westwood Green Residence

Westwood Green Residence

A net-zero family home that blends into the forest edge without sacrificing modern comfort. Solar panels hidden in the roofline, geothermal heating, and locally-sourced timber throughout.

LEED Platinum Residential 2024

West Vancouver, BC

Pacific Tech Hub

Pacific Tech Hub

This was a fun challenge - converting a 1970s office tower into a vibrant tech workspace with triple-glazed windows, green roof systems, and rainwater harvesting that cut water use by 60%.

Harbour View Loft

Harbour View Loft Conversion

Transformed an old warehouse space into an open-concept home with floor-to-ceiling reclaimed wood, passive cooling strategies, and a living wall that's basically an indoor garden the owners can't stop showing off.

Interior Design Residential 2023

False Creek, Vancouver

Evergreen Business Campus

Evergreen Business Campus

A 4-building commercial complex where every structure shares a central bioswale system. We integrated native plant species throughout, created natural ventilation corridors, and honestly, the place feels more like a park than an office park.

LEED Platinum Commercial Landscape

Richmond, BC

Seaside Passive House

Seaside Passive House

Built to Passive House standards with insulation so good the heating bill's basically pocket change. The owners joke they could heat it with a hairdryer - not quite, but they're not far off!

LEED Gold Residential 2024

White Rock, BC

Urban Roots Cafe

Urban Roots Cafe

A cozy spot where we used 100% reclaimed materials - old barn wood for counters, salvaged fixtures, and LED lighting that mimics natural daylight. Zero new materials, tons of character.

Gastown, Vancouver

Mountain Edge Estate

Mountain Edge Estate

Perched on a slope, this home's landscaping does double duty - native drought-resistant plants that look amazing and need basically no irrigation. The terraced gardens flow right into the mountain ecosystem.

Residential Landscape 2023

North Vancouver, BC

Green Finance Tower

Green Finance Tower

Interior fit-out for a financial firm that wanted to walk the talk on sustainability. Biophilic design throughout, air quality monitoring, and circadian lighting that adjusts with the day.

LEED Gold Interior Design

Financial District, Vancouver

Urban Farmhouse

Urban Farmhouse Renovation

Gutted a 1950s bungalow and rebuilt it with modern efficiency standards. Kept the original character but added serious insulation, smart glass, and a greywater system for the veggie garden out back.

LEED Silver Residential 2024

Kitsilano, Vancouver

Wellness Pavilion

Wellness Pavilion

A meditation and yoga center that's all about connecting with nature. Floor-to-ceiling windows, green roof, outdoor spaces that blend seamlessly with the indoor studios. People come for the classes, stay for the vibe.

LEED Platinum Commercial

Burnaby, BC

Skyline Penthouse

Skyline Penthouse Interior

High-rise living doesn't have to mean disconnection from nature. We brought in tons of plants, used natural stone and wood, and created zones that feel grounded despite being 30 floors up.

Interior Design Residential 2023

Yaletown, Vancouver

Harvest Table Restaurant

Harvest Table Restaurant

Farm-to-table concept with an actual on-site herb and veggie garden. The landscaping isn't just pretty - it's productive. Chefs literally step outside to grab fresh ingredients.
